These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stralya. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

Stralya provides a secure credential management platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage client profiles
  • Send secure credential requests to clients
  • Receive and store encrypted credentials
  • Manage team access and permissions
  • Track activity and maintain audit logs

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
  • Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you submit and its legality
  • Ensuring you have the right to share any credentials or data
  • Obtaining necessary consents from clients before collecting their information
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

6. Subscription and Payment

Stralya offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by Stralya or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRALYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stralya harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use our services will cease immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
